The most useful messages are corrections — a machine that has moved, a shop that has closed, a fee that has changed — and tips about new locations. If you can, include the address, the date you visited and a photo of the fee screen or price board. We will verify it against the operator's own information before updating a page.
What we cannot help with
We cannot look into individual accounts, recover funds, unfreeze bank accounts or tell you whether to buy a particular coin. If you have lost money to a scam, report it to the police straight away — our scam guide lists the official channels — and contact your bank.

Operators, regulators' press offices and journalists can use the same address. Please note that we do not accept payment for reviews or rankings; sponsored placements, where they exist, are labelled.
